Booked your vendors in but need someone to coordinate them?
Provide us with your run sheet and brief and we will send a team of 2 staff to oversee arrival and setup of your event for up to 16 hours.
Please note this is the compulsory package for any events at Elite Havens Villas, Puri Bhagawan, Taman Bhagawan, Wonderland and any venues that require a team on site from set up to pack down.
Normal load in time starts at 9am and pack down time max midnight with 1am finish for team.
If booking with Elite Havens you must provide detailed run sheet, floor plan and vendor contact list. Please provide or add this from concierge services.
Run sheet / Brief is required in English and or Indonesian including contacts and info for all vendors.
Please provide drinking water and 2 x vendor meals (breakfast / lunch or lunch / dinner) with this booking.
