Generator Hire

Generators are a must have for any events held at Villas, smaller scale hotels or private event grounds where they are unable to provide the amount of electricty required for an event.

Most venues can handle only existing set up for power but when you hold an event there are a lot of external factors that the venue is not used to supporting and will quickly short out the power.

Imagine being set up for a beautiful corporate dinner and having no lights as there isnt enough power, or a wedding with no sound!

Recommendations –

 

• 20KVA Generator / Genset – Recommended for smaller events with only sound system and lighting to support (Under 40 pax)
• 30KVA Generator / Genset – Recommended for mid size events (50-140 pax) to support sound equipment for dj / band, lighting and catering kitchen
• 40KVA Generator / Genset – Recommended for larger events (up to 150 pax) to cover sound equipment, lighting, party lights, catering kitchen and additonal sound for multi areas
• 60KVA Generator / Genset – Recommended for larger events (up to 500 pax) to cover sound equipment, lighting, party lights, projectors, catering kitchen and additional sound for multi areas
• 80KVA Generator / Genset – Recommended for larger scale events (up to 2000 pax) to cover sound equipment, lighting, party lights, projectors, catering kitchen and additional sound for multi areas

 

Terms and Condtions

• Please note the venue will require adequate access for the truck to park up with the genset, please ensure your venue has access roads and space for this.
• No refunds will be offered if our team arrive on the day and there is no access point to the venue.
• Colors, sizes and trucks may vary
• Genset staff do not speak English – Please advise us on booking of coordinator at venue to liase with in Indonesian
• Non refundable Deposit 50% required to confirm booking, balance required 60 days prior to event date
• No refunds offered for cancellation of event
• Genset hire is per day from 12 noon till midnight, if you require longer please book additional days
