Flipmax Photography

1. Payment - Clients should pay 50% deposit to secure the service date and the price that Flipmax offered to the client within 7 working days after the release date of the invoice. - The balance payment should be settled 2 weeks prior to the service date at the latest. - The deposit and balance payment are non-refundable for cancellation in any event. Unless the event is cancelled due to natural disaster or act of terrorism in Bali, in which Flipmax shall refund 50% of clients’ payment. This policy applies since Flipmax has been holding the reserved date and it is our commitment to only receive limited number of bookings in a day to ensure our quality and clients satisfaction. This will only be expected for an actual event, and not following government travel warnings. 2. Copyright - Clients will have the right to keep, store and use in private event all negatives, digital files, etc, that created by Flipmax. Any usage in non-private event requires prior written consent from Flipmax. Flipmax will be the exclusive owner of the copyright. 3. Availability - Amendment of shooting date should be informed far in advance to Flipmax and it is subject to Flipmax’ availability. - Clients agree that Flipmax may substitute another photographer(s) and/or videographer(s) in the event if the person(s) in charge become ill or injured. 4. Booked package(s) cannot be amended with any other package(s) below it. 5. Photo Selection - Clients may select the photos by themselves or fully trust Flipmax to choose the photos which are going to be edited. - Low-resolution photos will be sent via Dropbox within 2 or 3 working days after the event, should the client wish to select the photos by themselves. - List of selected photos should be sent via email to Flipmax within maximum 1 month after the low-resolution photos were sent. - If the photo selection list is not received by Flipmax within 1 month, Flipmax will select the photos on behalf of the client. Please rest assured that we will only choose the best photos from our expertise point of view. - Clients agree to release Flipmax from any kind of charge or complaint for photos that have been selected and edited by Flipmax, both verbally and in writing. 6. Editing Process - The video editing process takes 3 months, while the photo editing takes 1 month. - A maximum two times of revision of movie clip (highlights video), Instagram video, and album layout are available for free of charge. An additional fee at USD 200 per revision is applicable for each further revision requested by the client. - For movie clip and Instagram video, clients may request an earlier editing process than the full-length video version, with an additional fee at USD 200, and solely depends on the editor’s editing schedule. - Any kind of movie clip, Instagram video, photos and/or album layout revision request must be informed in writing to Flipmax within 1 month after the files have been sent online. Should Flipmax do not receive any feedback or revision request from the client, the sent files are considered final (no revision needed). Hence, the files will be ready to be sent in USB and/or the album is ready to be printed. 7. Aerial Drone Camera Usage - Some locations prohibit the use of aerial drone camera. Clients are suggested to contact the wedding venue and wedding planner beforehand to find information related to this matter. - Flipmax cannot operate the drone if the area is in “Red Zone Area” – close to the airport. 8. Same Day Edit (SDE) - Is an additional on-the-spot video editing service that requires approximately 4 (four) hours of editing process. It generally includes glimpses of footage such as (but not limited to) bridal preparation, gate crash, tea ceremony, and wedding ceremony – which will be played during the dinner reception on the same day. - Flipmax can only do Same Day Edit service if the wedding ceremony is held in the morning or mid-day (12 pm). In the event if the wedding ceremony is held past mid-day or late afternoon, the wedding ceremony footage is unable to be included on the same day edited video. 9. RAW Video File - Flipmax provides copy of RAW video file for free of charge based on clients’ request. Under the condition, client(s) provide Flipmax a minimum 500 GB of external hard drive. - Flipmax shall not be liable for file lost and/or degradation of file quality once the copy RAW video file is received by client(s). - Should client(s) require Flipmax to upload and share the copy RAW video file onto an online storage, an additional charge at USD 25 is applicable. 50% Non refundable deposit required to book and hold date Balance due 2 weeks prior to wedding date Additional hours at 1200000 Million IDR per hour Additional edited photos at 25,000 Per photo Shipping not included - Price varies based on location and date of shipping, quote will be provided when photos are ready Delivery method - Dropbox (unedited low res photos) Flash Drive with edited photos within 3 months to be delivered at own expense
