TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

50% deposit required to secure your date into our Australian bank account.

All monies paid to DAR are non refundable, date changes are permitted with in 2 years with no added costs

All bookings not paid in full at time of booking are required to be paid minimum 30 days before the due date.

All edits and prints will be returned to you within 4-6 weeks if you require us to fast track our editing the cost is $100AUD or 1 Million IDR, please let us know 48 hours before your wedding if you require express service.

Albums sent directly to your Australian address within 2-4 weeks of final editing.

All images are uploaded to dropbox, they will remain uploaded for 30 days please download and save your photos, if you require us to upload a second time, the cost is $50AUD to be paid before we upload.

Please have a list of family photos etc you would like prepared for your MC, our photographers do not organise these, you need someone reliable to organise people for these shots and call your family/guests to the photos.

Please ask your guests in the ceremony to not stand in front of our photographers, we can not edit out mobile phones etc.

For packages of 6+ hours we ask a meal is provided for our team, this does not need to be an expensive meal.

Please tell our videographer your preferred songs.

Videos sneak peak 6-8 weeks, full length 10-12 weeks delivered via google drive

Videos are edited at the videographers discretion, no changes can be made, songs are subject to availability and copyright laws and not guaranteed to be exact.
