Terms and Conditions

• 50% NON Refundable deposit due to lock in services
• Bookings are not considered confirmed unless a deposit has been received within 7 days of invoice being received, after this bookings will automatically be released
• Deposits are non refundable and non transferable
• Final Payment is Due 30 days prior to event day, for events within 30 days full payment will be required on booking
• Travel fees may apply to some areas, this will be confirmed on booking depending on the location
• Please advise of event start time to ensure we have enough time to setup prior and sound check
• Adequate electricity of at least 1000 watts is required, please ensure venue can handle this or hire a Genset.
• Band perform in 3 x 45 minute sets with 15 minute break, maximum time frame at event 5 hours. Please advise if additional sets or time is required
• In the event extra services are required on the day, payment in Cash will be required in full
• Cancellation of events within 21 days of wedding will require full payment and is non refundable
• In the event of booking out team longer then a 6 hour period, a meal is required to be provided as our team can not leave the venue (A Vendor meal is fine)
• Our team will not tolerate bullying or abuse in any form, in the unlikely event this should happen on the day it is at our teams discretion to terminate the booking.
