All food packages include standard round or long tables for guests and event chairs with covers and sash. Also includes all staff and remote kitchen setup. We require space to setup kitchen and electricity. Please ensure with your venue that outside catering is allowed.
If you would like alternative tables please hire separately.
Noted: Food and Beverages are based on availability and ingredients maybe subject to change
Payment:
50 % deposit required immediately to confirm the booking
Balance 50 % payment required up to 60 days prior to the event
Damage:
ABC guarantee all the lost and breakage below than IDR. 250,000 for lost and breakage above of IDR. 250,000 will be charged to the client
Number of guests:
The final number of guest to be confirmed within 60 days prior to the event
Cancelation:
In the unfortunate of cancellation, the following charges will be incurred
Cancellation received in writing 60 days prior to the event – 50 % of the total event cost
Cancellation received within 10 days of the event – 100 % of the total event cost
